Using A Yoga Wheel To Help With Mid Back Pain
Just dropping in for a little advice on how to help get rid of that pesky mid back pain! I’m sure we’ve all had it. That pain in the mid of your back, your thoracic spine, that you just can’t seem to get rid of.
I find that stretching it out can help, but sometimes you just can’t get the right spot no matter all the stretches you do! When this happens to me, I try to lay down on my yoga wheel and I find that this stretch can help target that one area.
Make sure you do it on the floor, and roll on and off of the device slowly. Feel free to lay there for a couple minutes with your knees up and feet flat on the floor, or roll back and forth a bit to try to open up that area.
